Having served in the United States Coast Guard for 20 years, Stephen approaches his service for the Lord Jesus Christ with a military mindset. Efficient, practical, strategic, and energetic, he seems tireless and able to function on little food and sleep.
Stephen was 36 years old when he was born again and feeling the need to make up for “lost time” has served the Lord whole heartedly since 1989, the year of his salvation.
With the exception of three tours of duty, Stephen had lived in New England until moving to DeLand FL in 2004 to attend Bible school at THE BIBLE Baptist Church. His desire for future service was to return to New England, as far north as he could get; maybe even Canada. Suffice to say that Africa was not on his radar screen!
